As a Client Services Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing and growing client relationships, driving revenue, and collaborating across teams to deliver outstanding results. Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with both key stakeholders and day-to-day contacts.
  • Provide insightful sales, marketing, and inventory reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Lead engaging client meetings, both on-site and virtual, to identify new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with clients to explore strategic growth initiatives and partnerships.

Merchandising

  • Partner with clients and buyers to ensure stores feature a full, exciting product assortment.
  • Manage inventory to optimize revenue while minimizing overstock.
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize margins and create exclusive product offerings tailored to trends and client needs.

Web Production

  • Oversee seamless product launches, including pre-orders and new items.
  • Continuously optimize online stores to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for product presentation and descriptions.

Marketing

  • Create and maintain a promotional calendar that aligns with key events, releases, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Execute and adapt marketing campaigns to maximize impact, especially during pre-orders and holiday seasons.
  • Keep clients informed about the latest marketing strategies and initiatives.

Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with the art team to ensure storefronts are visually engaging, on-brand, and optimized for sales.
  • Coordinate creative photography to highlight new and core products.
  • Regularly refresh storefronts to keep them vibrant and relevant.

Financial Oversight

  • Review and approve monthly financial settlements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage client billing for additional services or products.
  • Monitor inventory reserves and minimize obsolescence.

Customer Service

  • Support the customer service team with product knowledge and promotional updates.
  • Monitor customer feedback to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience.
  • Actively address and resolve customer service concerns to maintain high standards.

Warehouse Coordination

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth execution of product deliveries and special promotions.
  • Provide advance notice of promotions or high-volume events to support flawless operations.
  • Communicate non-standard packaging or delivery requirements as needed.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, entertainment, or agency environments.
  • Experience with Shopify store setup, product configuration, and ongoing maintenance is preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEM, SEO, email, and mobile channels.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with a solid understanding of online and direct marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management, with a structured approach to fostering client growth.
  • Passionate about the music, sports, and entertainment industries.
  • A self-starter with excellent project management skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
